I'm at a super confidently flabby 313lbs and my Stage 1 Driver mod is to get to 240lbs.
I have been advised to not take it so fast this time (not cutting out too much and burning out) I've been know to cut an unhealthy 15-20lbs a week.
To start things I'm cutting out:
-White Rice
-White Bread
-Sodas
-Energy Drinks
-Alcohol
-Cheese
-Red Meat
Any fitness/healthy living junkies wanting to chime in, I'm open to tips.
Currently my friend and cousin are advising me on things to do. Both dropped over 100lbs last year, while staying healthy.
