Okay so I get a turbo flutter sound, I still don't understand if this is bad or not. I have the proper spring installed I believe? (Green not the yellow) and I get it in all gears between 3-4 psi. If I go wot I don't get so much a flutter sound as I do just a sound I'm not use too. The flutter is like ch ch ch then the bov expels air as it normally does. Any help? Is this sound normal and actually good? Or is it no bueno?

Ugh where the heck are you people finding the 5/32" hose splitter and cap?
Stopped by Autozone, O'Reilly's, and Home Depot in my area, but was unable to find anything in that size... :/

I got my hose splice at Oreillys, you have to buy a whole pack that comes with 5 different splicer sizes 2 of each. I used a 3/16" from the pack and that worked perfectly. As for the cap, I also got them at Oreillys. 5/32" it came in a pack. My total was about $7.
Should be really common automotive size. I get it from Advance Auto Parts
, but Autozone should have it too.

I have to say this was awesome.. and just about free. when your tuned makes a huge difference with the flow of power not all jerky.. and even not tune i can still feel the difference..

Someone helo me hahaha. Ill say it once again I'm still expierencing turbo flutter at low boost psi around 2-4 psi it sounds just like air going through fan blades. But at high psi the bov just blows of as normal with a little different more pronounced sound. I have the green bov spring in the forge bov. Looking for some feedback.

Finally did it. Ended up not needing the hose splice or extra vacuum hose. The green stripe hose was actually easier for me to remove. Pushed it off from the top of the hose with a flathead screwdriver. The vacuum hose was more of a pain for me as the solenoid was cutting up my hand from the lack of space, but I was eventually able to pull it off with enough force.
I was able to reuse the bov hose by unclamping it from one of the wiring harness clamps.
So far, it seems to live up to its hype, so I'm fairly happy.
Haven't heard any flutter yet but I currently have stock bpv and intake on so we shall see.

Hm after throwing my DDM Intake back on, I noticed that it only flutters when you start/keep gassing before the bpv finishes blowing off. Perhaps that is what you are experiencing?

I can gas it, let off the gas completely at 2psi and it flutters then blows off. I don't press the gas again and it still flutters?

Spoiler alert: it's no big deal. Remember how the BPV operates. It opens when a strong vacuum to the hose running to it pulls it enough to overcome the weak little spring inside it.
It closes when the signal turns to boost from the intake manifold, pushing it closed (with assistance from the spring), to hold boost in the charge side.
Now think about what is going on at 2-6psi of boost. Pressure on both sides of the BPV diaphragm are weak, and almost equal..... When you let off the throttle, there is a rapid series of signal spikes..... including (likely) fuel trim modulations.
For that brief moment, your BPV goes lame, and you get flutter. It's not gonna hurt anything at 2-6psi.

Both you and Pre eased my mind. I still think that when I install my intercooler with the synapse bov it will lessen the flutter.
