Lol she'll never notice. My bf has yet to discover the tint on my windshieldshhhh
20% all around just put on... sorry so dirty.
Quick S3 pics taken at Big Bone Lick State Park.
Just got my RS tinted 3 hours ago with Llumar FormulaOne, 35% all around (well except windshield of course). Had is professionally done, $280 in Canada. Pics coming soon (waiting for it to cure).
So far everything looks pretty good, but I noticed that the tint hasn't adhered to the glass around the dot matrix on the rear glass, and hence it looks like a lighter strip around the entirety of the window. I was told to give it a few days to cure and all should be well. Anyone had any issues with the dot matrix on the Sonic? Hoping all turns for the best in a few days.
Just like you said, give it more time to cure. The bubbles will greatly reduce over time. If you have any dried bubbles/creases/cracks in a couple weeks and bought from a reputable place they'll re-apply for free.
is 5% on your windshield legal in most states?
As a member of law enforcement, and a pa resident I will chime in on the tint. In pa, you will be busted for any tint on the driver and passenger side. Period. This is for officer safety.I always approach a vehicle with tint with caution.
With that being said, I would usually write a fix it ticket. Prove the tint is removed within 10 days, and pay nothing.
This is the exact reason I have my widows rolled down before the cop even gets out of the car.
And the exact reason 90% of the time I ask to have them roll the window up after they sign the ticket.
We arent dumb...if its 20 degrees out and you have your window rolled down, we know why
