I prefer the solid lens headlight idea. Sure the ones we have now look alright, but I have to imagine that they are more expensive to produce and probably cost a little in the fuel economy area. GM spends months chasing fractions of a MPG sometimes.

I've been chasing 0.5% increases (and up, of course) since I got here in 2005.
GM has already announced the new DI 1.6T currently available Europe and not in China will be going into the Chevy Sonic and will not be going into the Cruze.

Hollow formed cast iron block. In Europe, our 1.4T uses the equivalent of premium, which is why tuning has such a dramatic effect on our factory tune to use regular.
I long ago posted and here repeat I fully expect 200HP when it goes into the Sonic, probably next year.
