The pedal covers came loose a couple times but I just repositioned the prongs and tightened it down as hard as it'd go without stripping the screws. Another tip is to tighten them as you would a tire, tighten top left corner then bottom right then top left then bottom left and continue until they're snug.

Idk if it's too hard to hear in the videos over the music but can anyone give me some advice on shifting at higher rpms. I notice during 2nd -3rd and into 4th that the I'm over revving the engine before the catch point or maybe dropping the clutch too fast?

I havent found the optimum shift points myself yet either. However, do note that the Tach gauge lags behind quite a it the faster you go. Example: in 2nd at WOT tach displays 5k rpms but in reality your at 6k. (those numbers were just made up since it changes all the time)

No, its in the design of the tach of how it gets the signal which causes the delay.

I'm going to order the red cable and full tune. Any recommendations for a company ? I've seen DDM and BNR offer Trifectas services. Idk exactly how the process works after I send my logs in, do I send them to DDM/BNR or do they go to Trifecta ? Also what happens if the tune is acting up do I have to pay per adjustment ?

For what you've done, unless you're going to get radical in the very near future, I'd go with the budget tune from Trifecta. Save the $100 and just upgrade if needed for potential issues or the aforementioned "radical". Haven't seen much of anyone need additional adjustments after upload in a very long time....

Oh yes, and the tune never really acts up. Maybe your sonic and/or the upload process may have an adverse effect right of the bat, but those are flukes and just about anyone here could offer advice as to what to do to fix, not to mention about a million times faster than any BNR/TRI datalog solution would offer....

Another thing I just noticed, if you were to do your tail light rings using the grey sandable primer from the place on my build, it would look bad a$$. The color would be spot on but yet have that dull matte finished look. Think about it.

No, just doing the current chrome rings in matte primer gray.

I have wheel spacers on my wish list and after running across this post by Karen I'm wondering if DDM is the way to go.

BBS RX 17x8 et35 225x45 Continental Extreme Contact DW
Motorsport Tech 19mm spacers. Black cf BBS center caps.

She said her motortech spacers are 19mm, DDM's are 3/16" or 4.7625mm. By comparison motortech's then = 3/4".

Priced at almost 3x what DDM's are it seems worth it when you look at Karen's sweet wheels
