I do like those charge tubes, but there needs to be an option to weld a 1 1/8" NPT fitting with a plug to use with a water/methanol kit to the drivers side tube ! I would be interested ! Black couplers/black powdercoat !

I'm at work and can't create pictures of the comments right now maybe someone that is off can. Keep in mind I'm not trying to tear you guys down or bash you Richard is upset obviously and obviously some people are more brash about things than others.

If this is the quality of the product you guys are going to go with as you guys are okay with it. Then I feel like pictures that do the work justice need to be seen. People need to see detailed pictures of what your providing them. The black pipes you have posted in your main post are misleading imo compared to the pipes that were sent to Richard. Even the Proto ones we have seen on other are a lot better by comparison to what he got. And the fact it took 51 days to get to him. I understand business and how things work. But that's a bit excessive.

Again id rather Richard come in and give details I've seen the emails and it seems to be a little passing the buck on suppliers etc. that's not Richards fault yet he suffers because of it.

ok before everything goes off in a tangent, lets get a picture posted on the pressure sensor bug which is in question, I will post what Richard's complaints were and my response to them.

Second I agree 51 days was too long, but we did have an issue with the material that came in from our supplier and also our powder coater was jammed for the end of 2014 and had a hard time squeezing our small job in. We are improving on this and one improvement already implemented is powder coating is optional on our website.

Also I don't need pics of peoples comments, just the pics of the product.

ok i normally am not the type to post negative feedback or pictures to discredit the manufacturer but in this case i am going post pictures and see if there will be a resolve i honestly dont feel i should pay to ship the items back to pay more money to have the job done right. so here is what i am not satisfied with. there will be 2 pictures of weld penetrations which is normal . there will be a picture of a not so quality weld im sure it hold pressure but it looks less then professional. and lastly a picture of a not so great sensor flange sticking into the interior of the pipe about 1/2 a inch.

I'm in the sonic community and an active member at that and the fact you stated " I don't want to see what people say" is crazy... what the people think of your products and there quality is the most important thing... if you can't produce quality products in a timely manner then no one is going to want to deal with you..yeah life happens and delays happen but 50 days is just insane... and not only did it take 50 days it looks like it was welded by monkeys.. and your excuse of oh we can do better but it'll cost you "35 to 45 more dollars" is the worst policy I could think of.. if someone is paying hundreds of dollars for your stuff you should provide the best quality no matter what.. how can you offer the same product with 2 different quality builds.. makes no sense at all.. I'll stop here cause we as the sonic community have spoken all though I know you "don't care to see it" but because of this I myself will never order rebel auto works products.. you'll never be a big fish if you can't make things right the first time without added cost and constantly making excuses for yourselves.. your policies must of been created by the same team doing the welding cause they are both subpar!.. can't believe Richard is being as nice as he is for your poor excuses

I don't say to much here as far as negativity, but this issue needs to be either resolved by the vendor at no cost to customer, or i feel they should be removed as a vendor to protect us consumers here at SOF.

Admins need to step up on this one and help get this resolved since they got the say on vendors here.

We all know bad things can happen in production, but it's another for the company to not fix the issues in a professional manner!

I'll let you guys know how mine look tomorrow before they get put in. From what I can see in the other thread posted they look really good with the blue coating that is on there though I'm not sure those pics will do those suckers justice. Hopefully these will fit the automatic LTZ's without any issues. They look like they will though so I won't be too worried for test fitting. Once they are in though I am not removing them. I hate the stock oem charge tubes because when you try to spool and go you get this pulsating sound that sound's like the rubber charge tubes are expanding and contracting and that is not healthy for the turbo or the motor.

Tubes came yesterday. Not a single issue wrong with them. No scuffs, no markings on the inside of the tubes. The one thing I will point out is the one coupler that gets hooks the turbo and hot side together was a very tight fit. Definitely could tell this man does not want any leaks. I'll get a review and pictures tomorrow.

Take pictures of the welds and inside of the tubes specifically where the sensor goes in. Thanks.

i noticed that too and i got in contact with raw instantly because i couldnt get it on the tube at first, turns out the company they get their couplers from doesn't make a coupler the size of the pipe down to the size of the turbo, so a compromise had to be made on one end of the coupler lol

I managed to get it on there after 10 minutes. Never coming off. Anyways for everyone to see.
