Within the last month, I designed the vinyls and $ub$onic made the cuts. Was able to install them a couple weeks ago
Last night, I plasti dipped the taillights.
I love the way it turned out, but it's too blotchy when the light shines through. I think I am going to redo it and make the part that's covered on the turn signal a total black out as well as the brake light, but leave out a design portion on the brakes so they function properly. I will then put a gloss coat on them when I have more time for it to set after.

Installed my ddm works intake and learned that I actually do have a turbo on my rs. It was waaaay to quiet for my liking.

Redid my tail lights. Full blackout excluding where I want it. decided to put half of the Chevy logo on each side. I like this so much better than my last attempt. Added gloss layers so it isn't so flat.

I have the same exhaust and it sounds fantastic. I get compliments all the time about it.

How did you do the bow ties? Just tape them in the shape, or did you use an outline?
Today, I was at a "car meet" with a few friends at a really dark parking lot while waiting for more people to show up. I'm not sure how, but a cop saw us and came up to us and checked our drivers' licenses. Can he do that/Is that normal? We were parked on private property. I could understand if he just wanted to look at/smell the inside of our cars. I didn't want to make the cop mad because I've dealt with him in the past and he was a dick.

Just put on some masking tape, drew the design on, then gently used an exacto-knife to cut it out.

Sam, I'd like to see a review of the new shocks/struts as well as specs on them on your build thread if you wouldn't mind. I've been pondering as well, but I'll likely wait out the OEM's.

Was a pain to take off because i felt like they were going to break, but got it. Metalizer finish. Couldn't get the other vents or the base of the stick shift out, so a job for another day
