Sorry to chime in so late to this discussion. I was one of the first testers, and after having them on my car for a month the hot side charge pipe kept blowing off the intercooler. With out a beveled intercooler I suspect the issue would not subside. Finally the only remedy I could muster is to remove that section of piping to be replaced back to stock. The cool side charge tubing seemed fine to stay on, because it's not taking the blunt pressure at 25psi. With blow by on our engines this coupler connecting would just get worse over time, because oil lubricates. I was also a welder for two years, and I know welding aluminum is much harder to do. That being said they could use some practice with their beads on these pipes, but I believe one day rebel auto worx will fine ture there crafting skills to deliver an outstanding product.
