Nothing could be further from the truth. That's not how it works in the snow belt. They don't clean all the snow and ice off the roads here, either. It's not like there's a plow truck waiting on each road to clear it when it snows. Most people here have to drive on icy, snow covered roads quite often in the winter, and often for long periods of time before the weather warms up and melts it.
Yeah but they get major highways and do SOME sort of preparation for it.
Also y'alls weather doesn't change every hour.
The saying in Texas is "if you don't like the weather, wait 10 minutes"
In Maine, it gets cold from October to march and doesn't lighten up one bit.
We've had hot summers and then freezing rain the next 2 days and then ice and then the heat was back up in the 60s the next day.
Yall don't experience that. Either way, all I was saying is, my snow experience is different and youve done nothing but try and turn it into a pissing contest.
