Usually, when GM Customer Service Agents reach out to the dealership, on behalf of the customer, it helps speed up the process of getting things resolved quicker.
Also, what was the dealership's reason why you didn't get the loaner car before and this time you were able to get a loaner?

They had no loaner cars available at that time
And they said enterprise car rentals was closed.
And today they said they still can't find the problem and the car start fine.
Ian just worried that it will happened again. I had to miss work today cause I had no car
But they gave me a loaner at 5pm today.
The service manager really can't seem to find anything wrong with the car.
Iam looking crazy calling GM 2 times and getting the car towed and then it starts right when it goes to the dealer
