When the car is about to be built, how does a customer qualify to tour the plant assembly line and watch it be built like RS_Turbo and another guy here I saw on the forum?

I don't think I've heard of this opportunity before.

PS: Do you get to see the quality control inspection process as well? Or that's when you're not there?

The General QC control happens on a long assembly line. About 24 people operate everthing on the vehicle, Take it out of the plant after water testing and Drive it 2 to 4 times along several small speed bumps looking and listening for issues.

I will be in Grand Rapids for the couple of days so no posts from me for a while, but I will say the steering is firm and has feedback, a major improvement and the interior meets and exceeds all expectations.

I will post more feedback in the RS section.

A loud thanks to Becky and the rest of the Rodgers Chevy staff for making the change proceed in such a smooth manner. And yes, the Seibon hood is on, as predicted by several people there.

I live up a holler. You're gonna have to get past a lot of neighbors (really nice people) who eyeball every car that comes in and out.

I got a call from my salesman Friday who told me that they had no idea what the TPW is but somehow Becky found out like two weeks ago?? He said it was his first order so he probably just doesn't know where to look.

I don't "own" one myself, I drive one as
a company car. We've lowered it, tinted
the rear windows, put a sport stripe on
the side and added black wheels -
it's a really cool car, 1LT Turbo 6spd man,
and so much fun to drive. I can't wait
