Becky Doyle has offered to answer member questions regarding ordering and production status changes. She does this on Camaro5 and is quite helpful.

She can not answer status change questions for our Canadian members because their orders are on a different server.

This is not an automatic service so a member requesting an update will have to post a request each time.

Remember the server updates overnight Monday thru Saturday (it rests on Sunday) and updating is generally complete by 8 or 9 in the morning.

3800, Order produced (VIN is assigned at 3800)
4000, Available to ship
4104, Bailment Invoice
4200, Shipped
4300, Intermediate Delivery
4B00, Bayed

Hey Becky, I remember you from the Camaro5 forums back when I used to own my 4th gen Z28 Camaro and frequent the boards. Any news or word on QPGQ5Q? My dealer told me it was at 3000 now but just a week ago it was 3300 with a TPW of 10/15 .

I don't think it's out of the ordinary with new
production, but this has some pretty wild swings to
it - usually not this crazy. We'll see what we can
find out

Sometimes with new production like this, the
TPW's can bounce around and you may find it
moves up again - I hope that's the case!

I too am curious but suspect we will not find out. I know the '05 Cobalt SS-SC with the Performance Package was held up for months and I have never learned why. There were two components (Recaro seats and Quaife LSD) to the package that no other Cobalt had, so I suspect the hold was one or the other but which.

Sometimes production starts and then there is a hold. We figured out the reason for one when the 5th Gen Camaro SS started being held in QC then the few already delivered were recalled to replace the battery cables with longer cables.

These are only two of a bunch, but I think enough to show why I suspect we will never know.

In fact we do not know if any got assembled and are now in QC. What we need is someone with a TPW of October 1 or October 8 to give us their order number so Becky can check to see if it is in QC.
