I finally have MyLink updated with the latest and greatest, so I decided to give BringGo a try. Using an iPhone 4S, it seems to work fine for the couple of days I've been trying it.
A couple things...
1: It's disappointing that they have disabled the traffic feature in the trial version as that could easily sway me to purchase their product. Is it any good? Currently, I rely on an iPhone app to determine which routes to take as to not sit around wasting fuel.
2: Speaking of fuel, looking into the settings for the Eco stuff and it tells me that my vehicle is not supported. Is this another disabled item in the trial? I see some here have received low fuel warnings and such with theirs, so I know the Sonic is capable of this feature. Not like any of this is a huge deal as I don't need a navigation app to tell me I have enough fuel, just curious.
I like the concept of it fairly well. But it does have some things that give me pause... Like how it can't get me to my house from the nearby highway (a 0.1 mi straight shot) without sending me on a scenic 0.3 mi tour of the back of my neighborhood. I'll keep throwing destinations at it and see how it does. opcorn:

My home address up in Google Maps and Mapquest. Any suggestions or work arounds?
Wouldn't the mylink need to be reprogrammed to work with some other app? Early mylinks didn't have tunein or bringgo. After bringgo was released in the App Store/google play the car had to go back to the dealership to have the mylink reprogrammed for bringgo or tunein to work. That update turned out to be a headache for many owners. Either the service dept. didn't know how to do it, or they turned your radio into a paperweight. The mylinks were on back order for a few weeks, if not a month+ if I remember correctly.
