I replaced about half of the important things, including the transmission. The gal that bought it from me has replaced the other half. Lol.

1997 Ford Ranger 2x4, ran it to 220k + miles, leaked oil and sold it for $500 bucks.
1999 Audi A4 1.8t Quattro, purchased with 95k on it, once it got up to 125k the money I was putting into it wasn't worth the cost

Maybe you're right, but I saw two older women in two different Sonic HBs today. It was kind of weird though. Me thinking I had a young person unique car and seeing two different ones driven by old women. That's why I didn't get a Cruze.

Mean like, Corollas and Civics will never pass you, not for the sake of being slower, but in fear of what will be staring them down in the rear view mirror, that at any moment it would open its jaws and swallow them whole and spit a JDM sticker out its tail pipe.

Thought the 1.4t would be fuel efficient & fun. It is.
The higher seating position is easier to access with older (body) in mind
The air bags and rating are reassuring in this cruel, crazy world.
My children though I was crazy. Wife is just neutral.
Excellent for commutation and fine on the Turnpike, as well (41 mpg)
