They are OEM fog lights with a yellow adhesive film over them.

2.5" from the factory flange (under the firewall) back. 2nd cat removed. 18x6" round glasspack. Hidden tailpipe with turndown. $240 total parts and labor.

My friends and I used to put the yellow laminex film on the fogs and/or highbeams on our VW's back in the day.

Pretty soon you'll be sportin' some Rotiforms or 1552s.
