It was a custom job. You'll notice they accented the bumper around the fog lights too. I cant remember the name of the crew that built it, but if you google image custom yellow sonic you can work backwards from there.

Why is it the one photo of that yellow Sonic posted on this forum lately is blurry? How hard is it to take an in-focus image of a cool looking car? Photoshop job? The grill looks fake.

Believe it or not, the plates don't belong to you. They belong to the state, so I doubt ******* them up is legal.

Yea you are correct. I usually try to unfold them before i return them to the mva. They haven't been upset at me yet

Yeah, my search earlier took about 2 seconds to find this. Not sure why yours took 40. Slow connection?

And the blurred one looks like is has a photoshopped grill, too. Hence my inquiry for why it was blurry...perhaps they were originally trying to cover up their bad photoshopped grill job. (and yes, I've seen the other pics. I'm just irritated by people who post blurry pics. haha)

I don't know if this one qualifies as less blurry. It probably took some skilled plastic work to straighten out the bar where the bowtie use to be.

I hope to do this to mine. I'm scouting damaged front bumpers now so I can take my time getting it right.

Neil Tjin has an actual yellow Sonic, painted to his specs.

There is the Stance yellow Sonic but that may actually be his.

Those are the only not photoshopped yellow Sonics of which I am aware.

That's definitely an aftermarket front end which probably didn't come with the bow tie. No need to remove it.

That grill looks awesome in the newer pics, too. However, I don't care for the bow tie on the upper part of the grill. But...when you have the time and money to make something so awesome, you can do it any way you'd like.

speaking of front bumper altering, i keep thinking how cool it would look if the bottom half of our front bumper didnt stick out farther.
i think it would give the front end a more aggressive and complete look.
and would make the grille look even better w/out the mustache.

Anyone else seeing that the front wheels are larger than the rear?
So weird to me. I'd definitely love to have that bumper/chin spoiler though.

Before someone invests in something stupid, or thinks a big payday is coming:
If you design/get someone to manufacture these for you, I don't think I'd pay more than $300 for it, maybe $370 with the chin spoiler.
(Whole fascia replacement)

I've done fiberglass work before. It's not very difficult or expensive. It is however, messy and very time consuming. I will take a crack at it if I can find a used bumper for <$100.
