I got my set from amazon. had them within a week or so. and when i contacted them about a bulb they had forgotten to put in the unit, they sent out the new bulb right away and i had it within a week. have not seen any issues yet. so far good! :banana:

I've only heard of issues with the halo in these after time because of a ****ty inverter. But that can easily fixed by replacing them...

have a feeling they send some pretty crappy inverters with these lights as im already experienceing my passanger Hi beam halo not coming on at times. but then times they all come on just fine. so may have to invest in changing the inverter already.

I myself suggest that if they are indeed that much of a POS from the company itself then an aftermarket inverter is likely best had before you install these lights so when you install them, they are powered by a quality inverter and not end up with what im gonna have to do, rip the damn bumper back off to replace the inverter.

Not too pleased about having to change that inverter already. That was the only gripe i saw on the site when people bought these is the premature failure of the inverters. took my chance, they were right. their still cool lights. and worth getting if thats all it needs done.

Sorry i havent been on this site in a while. been very busy as of late. I had one instance where they didnt light but havent had an issue since so i have not replaced them yet. when they stop working and dont light up anymore then i will replace the inverters. i was told there were some good ones online that work better than the ones that come with them. cant remember the name of them tho lol.

Finally got the O-Ring Plastic covers off around the air vents and the triangle ones too and in the process of painting them white to go with the other stuff ive done already. after thats done then im going to pull the radio surround back off and retouch that up again and get the HVAC cover painted a gloss black for contrast.

Eventually my goal is to get the interior seats reupholstered. have a design setup already on how i want to do it and a company willing to make me new seat covers. just have to save up to get it done. will be around $500-600 to get it done. will look amazing when done. also plan on getting those weathertech floor matts when i do the interior too in black to really set it off. Big plans in the future...

overall my sonic is doing good. Just some minor things here and there that need taken care of like any other car out there. but in general its a good car to me. i love it and love how it has come together. only have a small list of items i want to do yet to it and i will have it exactly where i want it. This has been a 3 and half year build for me and im very happy with it!! Will update upon any further upgrades when they happen.
