I really like this build! Great work.
Is there a write up anywhere on how to upgrade the fuel system? I’m going to need that soon myself.
How do you like the MZ0 in comparison to the MZ4? I’m sure it helps with the turbo lag.

The car has not run in over two months. Sent my turbo out for a rebuild and the diagnostic did not come back good. Going to be expensive to fix. New compressor wheel, shaft, adding a water line, labor, misc parts... Decided it's not worth fixing. Going to be taking the car down to get a new turbo kit made.
Doesn't BNR run with E85 without doing anything to the fuel set up?
Oh no! Sorry to know that, man. What turbo are you switching to? I know you’d said you’d pick a different one if you were doing it over again.
They can run E85 on the stock turbo, but anything beyond E40-E50 on the GTX, and it runs out of fuel pump.

If you go with a GTX28 series, they spool just as quickly as the GT28, but flow more up top. No drawbacks to going with the GTX over the GT. All the EFR turbos are awesome. I don’t think you can go wrong either way.

I noticed your comment about the ZZP muffler killing power. I drive a lot, and I special ordered the full ZZP turbo back with a resonator to keep it extra quiet. I’m trying to decide if 5-10whp is worth me replacing the ZZP muffler with a straight through muffler, but risk losing my quiet 80MPH cruise.
Any suggestions for a quiet straight through muffler that doesn’t drone? Best of both worlds?

I can't definitively say that it is killing power, but its not a straight through muffler. You can buy a straight through and have that put on to keep your quiet. I am going to do that or just straight pipe. Havent decided.
I have the turbo back zzp without the resonator, but I do have a muffler. I did an experiment where I ran 0-60 times with the exhaust straight piped to where the muffler bolts on VS. with the muffler bolted on and I got a 0.1 second quicker difference without the muffler on. It was with a OBDII so I assume it was accurate.
Idk about actual power numbers, but from experience it made no difference.
In addition it is stupid loud and drones terribly at 65mph+ without the muffler on. I would run the res and muffler if I were you.

I’m strongly considering an electric cutout in the pre-cat section of the exhaust. I don’t know how badly back pressure affects these motors in the 200-250whp range. I want the ability to run quietly most of the time, but if an e-cutout will get me 5-10whp or more at the flip of a switch, why not? Plus, it may be fun to make the car stupid loud from time to time. It’ll be sort of like some of my previous EWG cars with screamer pipes, but only when I want it to be. [emoji4]
