Got my BT OBD2 plug today

Lots of fun so far! Haven't even scratched the surface of available gauges. Max PSI is 19.8.

If you get a chance to capture video of the boost gauge in action, that would be great. I understand if you cant. I'd like to see boost vs rpm and normal sporty driving.

For now I'm holding off on buying an adapter, I might be upgrading my phone in a few weeks. For now, the only android I have is a cheap 7" tablet without BT, but has a USB to plug a BT adapter into.

Boost seems to matter more on throttle position than rpm but it gets up there quick

I ordered mine some time ago and got email they had just shipped. in addition to sonic I also got one for our envoy denali xl and for wife's son as xmas present.

Will be interesting to see how it all works.

That's the one I got, but its $20 more expensive now.

I have a question for you guys. I have limited experience with BT and was wondering if it will do multiple functions at the same time. For example, suppose you are using BT with an OBD adapter for Torque and you want to make a phone call. Is BT still available for calls? How about Pandora?

Depends on the phone. I couldn't find a definite answer so I just bought the UltraGauge. Plus I would have to switch screens too often on my phone rather than having a dedicated screen.

torque and pandora dont mix from bluetooth at all and it will say so when u try to use it and it detects pandora on the phone. As for calls im sure it works fine tho i dont remember either way if i got a call while doing it or not lol. not that many ppl like me to have my phone blow up when i drive.

Only on some HTC and Samsung phones. I have a Motorola Razr.

I still can't pair to my Sonic with any reliability
