I'm 99.9% sure that's an 8 digit GM number. Being a 5XXXXXXX number just means it's not a global number. Probably a Vauxhall released number. Numbers starting with a 2 generally come from the US, 13 is global service and/or Opel, 9 are usually Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Holden, 19 is North American service.
The Timken number can either be as small as 4 digits or be a long combo of letters and numbers. The Timken number will be embossed in black oxide on the side of the inner race of the cone. The cup will have another number. The cup and cone together will be another number. Often times it is just a combo of the cone and cup numbers.
