So far I love it needs a little maintenance. It only averages around 13mpg. Main reason I bought it is I missed my 97 gmc and my 84 c10. I also needed a tow pig for a 800 mile tow to get my 73 k10.

I did upgrades to my 6.0 still 13 the best I ever saw. I still have my 78 chevy Bonanza package I drove in high school
I had a 2001 scsb gmc with the 5.3 wish I still had that truck.

Added a cell phone mount. I couldn't find a dash position I was really happy with (charging phone + gps nav + sunshine = unhappy phone during road trips) and I can't stand anything in my field of vision on the windshield (just my quirk). I didn't want to drill any holes (in case I didn't like the positioning) wanted it within easy reach and somewhere visible but not distracting (esp at night)
I had previously attached a suction mount to the flat area in front of the "driver assist" (aka shytti driver) warnings. I liked the mount for the phone and the adjustability, but wasn't happy with the location.
I removed the suction cup, cut the bracket down for clearance, added some body panel VHB and stuck it to the under side of the radio trim. Been on for a few days, solid so far.
The position is very good ergonomically. Nicely within reach just past the shifter (center dash was a little awkward and too visible at night, windshield was too far away to be useful). This doesn't block any radio or climate controls (blocks airbag warning though, oh no....unsafe) At night it's not glaring in my peripheral like the previous dash and windshield placements.
Overall, really happy with the ten minute project!

I plasti-diped stripes, messed them up, and then peeled them off 
Well took a personal day today to play with the car!!got a lot done today. DDM rear brace installed! Ported the intake!! Did the turbo vacuum line bypass!!! Oh and cut the old rusted ZZP exhaust tip off and welded on a new one!!!! Damn never thought I would get into all of that today!! But wow it's like a whole new car��
