what did you do to your Sonic today?

oil changed, atmospheric BPV removed, DDM block off plate installed, DDM hard charge tube installed, HKS BOV installed.....


my hands hurt.

Seriously! I have had the block off plate for a week now and have been dreading taking off the BPV....such a pain! But no screws dropped, so 1 point for Wong! :banana:

Changed the oil today. I know its only been in there for 3500-4000 miles, but its dark and smells of fuel. Short trips are not nice to the engine.

Cant wait to get a ZZP catted "delete pipe" so I can finish my exhaust.

Hubby's first drive since the tune. He was impressed. SO impressed that as I was surfing here, my butt dyno (thanks Maddog2020 lol) sensed something was up.. I looked over as we we hit 102 and just laughed. That is SO not him. Hehe.

Also randomly discovered the key can get stuck in a position that looks like you're trying to hold up a bank. In laughed way too hard about it.

I cleaned the interior and washed the exterior. Did a terrible job at washing the car put too many caps fulls of car wash into the water. The car had spots all over it but I managed to get most of it out.

Tinted the chrome around the tails with the vinyl, and went ahead and did it over the whole tail, minus the little outer corner. Pretty stinking happy with then look!

I changed the oil, filter and cabin filter as well as installed my Forge BOV after having it for almost six months. Tomorrow brings a rotate and balance, data logs and maybe a detailing.

Today my Sonic got its 3rd oil change, a real good wash, vacuum, tire/wheel scrub, and a "brand new tire" to replace the one that blew out last week.

Removed the black sticker "trim" on the B-pillars and then washed it.
