What to look into

Hello, I have a 2012 Chevy sonic 1.4L 6 speed manual. My sonic is slipping I’ll be on the gas an rpm’s will raise revving up while still in gear am eventually grab an I’ll keep going. About 8000ish miles ago I had my throttle body replaced by a shop and no codes are popping up. What should I be looking into also. I’m guessing the transmission/clutch And help would he greatly appreciated

Sounds like a clutch especially if it is an original 2012 clutch. Of course, I would get a trusted mechanic's opinion first.
