I think it's worth it to go to the dealer and have them discover a problem and give you a rental and fix the problem, rather than spend money I don't have to.

Why so milky... is that just condensation?
Dirt
Condensation
Etc
If you're worried about head gasket or something like that do a compression check

? That was not your car, let the man answer. It could also be tea in the cup, who knows.
Looked like bunch of condensation to me. I haven't noticed any significant coolant loss that would make me think that I have a head gasket problem.
Something I'm going to continue to monitor a little more often.
Alternatively if it's a head gasket then maybe that's an excuse to tear the motor apart and do pistons, rods and springs!
True
But I'd still do a compression check
Not hard at all on these motors
Go to your favorite auto zone
Rent it
Do it
Leave within 30 minutes CX

Good point. I might do it just because. Do you know what the expected pressure is on each cylinder for this motor?

@law, so if you were to buy a 3/8 inch NPT to 1/2inch Barb fitting like these Moroso NPT to Hose Barb Fittings 65390 Racing could you just get 2 lengths (or one long length and cut it) of 1/2inch heater hose? Or what type of hose would be best for a catch can since the hose will be under vaccume?

You're having boatloads of fun with the new turbo right? Compression test seems unnecessary if it's running like a top. Just reading the plugs will tell you if you're getting water in a cylinder or two. Water from blowby is normal.
