I’m not. It’s not a product release time related thing, I just don’t want to add any spool time if at all possible. For my personal preferences, I’d rather have 250whp with close to instant spool than 300whp with slightly slower spool.

Activated onstar today so I could track my car myself. The Sonic in Mesquite isn’t mine.
Here’s mine:
The dealership had ordered a different Sonic, and that’s the one in Mesquite, TX right now.
So, mine has never moved.

When is it scheduled for delivery? Mine surprisingly only took 2 weeks. Got a call from the dealer and was shocked at how fast it came in.
Side note, great thread so far. I'm sitting here not wanting to void the warranty but SO wanting to void the warranty haha. Hit 50k today so now I'm half way to start my build and this is where I will start.
There is no scheduled delivery, all they’re saying is that they’re working on it. Yesterday was 18 weeks since my order. They have a nationwide transportation shortage, so I’m just hanging out and waiting.

Though my unicorn car eludes me, I still have a few parts for it trickling in here and there.

And I just ordered a set of these in 18x10.5 all around:
They’re the same model wheels as my old ones, just the wider version. I never got to use my 18x8.5s, but I changed plans a while back to run fender flares and go with the 10.5s. I found them on clearance, so I jumped while I could.
Even as aggressive as the offset is, my current measurements say I’ll still need to run a 20mm spacer adapter to put them where I want them. I’ll be setting the alignment somewhere around -2° of camber front and rear. I plan to run the ZZP suspension for a little while. I’ll mock up my fender flares and wheels, install them if the static suspension allows, then I’ll switch to the air bag system.

They are, but they will need to be refinished. I didn’t know this when I ordered them from the company that redrilled them, but they don’t refinish the wheels after drilling. Not a huge deal, just want to be transparent. I also see that you’re in Arkansas. That’s a little far for me to deliver them unless we arrange something. Shipping is very expensive.

I ordered an item from this company, and they sent me the wrong thing. It will not fit my car, and I don’t want to pay to ship it back. It’s a nice item, very good build quality. I work in Tyler and live in Crandall, so I can meet anywhere around or in between those two areas.

If it makes you feel any better, I once had Clutch Masters send me the wrong clutch FOUR TIMES on my Fiero. The Fiero only has three manual transmission options.
Sometimes, it just goes that way on some cars. I’ll have to give this one a very unicorn-esque nickname. Fun fact, tomorrow is 22 weeks since I’ve ordered the car. [emoji1787]
