Just got the update this morning. Car is built, Yippeeee!!!
Hopefully the transport will only take a couple weeks.

11/01/2011 (3800) Order produced and vehicle is being prepared for shipping. For Cadillac, GMC and Buick customers, please contact your dealer or customer service for further updates as no further updates available at this time.
11/01/2011 (4000) Vehicle available to ship.
11/01/2011 (4150) Invoiced (order is invoiced to the dealer).
11/01/2011 (4B00) Your car is bayed and is waiting for transportation by truck, rail or transfer to vendor.

Awesome Guys!

This morning my Area Sales Rep called me & said my car has a production date tentatively scheduled for the week of November 14th… so it should be built sometime during that week. I'm kind of "meh" 'cause I had hoped it would be right after Orion gets the needed parts to start up production. But I guess I can't complain.
He also told me it looks more & more likely that I'll probably be taking delivery at the End of December instead of the middle of December.
So, "HO-HO-HO!!"

Forgot to ask, anyone have a guess at transport time to the Northeast?

Are the Sonics moving out of the plant grounds relatively quickly?

I hope the Northeast distribution center (if there is such a thing) didn't get knocked out by the power outages.

I'm on day five (5) with no power, had to borrow my mom's generator to run the furnace for a few hours each evening to warm the place to keep the temps in the upper 50's by morning...

Connecticut set two records last Saturday.
1) Most snow in an October storm 10" to 16" in the hills
2) Most power outages, 800,000 cutomers out (heavy wet snow on trees with most of their leaves still on is bad news)

No it's an LT. I just got off the phone with a local Chevy dealer (not the one I ordered from). The salesman there said there's NO way an LT has leather seats, regardless of what it says on Chevyconnects. He says that it has to be a typo on Chevyconnects. He told me to let him know if it does in fact come with leather.

I don't care either way, but if it does somehow come with leather seats, I will make my dealer subtract that from the price since I didn't order it that way. I will let everyone know what the outcome is!

Yeah, like the sales man said, you can't order a LT with the leatherette. Since there is no option to pay more for the leatherette it sounds like you got a free upgrade, if its not a typo.

According to the RPO codes, ACC = Deluxe Cloth for Dark Pewter/Dark Titanium. This is for the LT.

ChevroletConnect has done the same thing (typo) on my order. Mine is ACI = Perforated Leatherette for Jet Black/Dark Titanium, however they (ChevroletConnect), show ACI is Jet Black/Brick (that's not even an available option for my selection).

So if your order say's ACC, safe bet you're getting the Deluxe Cloth for Dark Pewter/Dark Titanium.

I know you do not follow GMConnects, so I'll paraphrase their answer.

Chevrolet sometimes uses the same Regular Production Order code for different things, and although they are regularly working to update their data base, some things have not been updated YET.

An example: no longer in use, but RPO Z02 has been used for several items, the oldest being push button radio, once upon a time for sport appearance package and at a different time for turbo performance package.

For the Sonic the RPO for Black/Dark Titanium accents once stood for Black, Red Accents.

GMConnects is manned by volunteers and grew directly out of tracking they and at least one other did for the introduction of the 5th Gen Camaro. What they do today is so much improved over what they were doing in 2009, one would easily believe it is a GM service, but it is not.

I also ordered an LT hatchback, inferno orange metallic, with ABY Jet Black/Dark Titanium seats. Chevroletconnects also reflects my interior to be ACC Jet Black Leather w/PDZ ... so I would guess the ABY code just automatically turns out the ACC stuff???

This is getting slightly depressing. My status moved again overnight... to 4B00 for the *third* time!

When it moved to 4000 on 10/25, I was (over-optimistically) hoping to get it the end of this past week. Now, I guess I'll just hope it actually finds a bloody truck before Thanksgiving.
