Ceramic Coating should make a noticeable difference in temp, I've been told by a guy that did it on his Eclipse.

I don't see how wrapping could hurt.

Another issue with wrapping headers is they contract and relax and this has caused some headers to crack, but on the stock cast iron manifold I don't think it will be a problem. As to rusting. The thing is cast iron, I think a little rust will not hurt a thing and that's if it isn't already rusted from the factory.

I can't decide if I want to install the white shark fin. It's huge, and my signal has been fine with the RC antenna unscrewed and removed.

You need a few mods for E85. So assuming he's going standard Trifecta Sonic tune he's going with the options he posted on 93.
