Adding an Oil Catch Can/Accessing your Tophats

That has to do with fuel trim bank 1. Doesnt have to do with the catch can. Did you look up the code?

Ya only thing I found was vacuum leak

Could it be cause the catch can hoses?
Since it by the crank case

Only things I've done is
2nd cat delete about a month
Catch can been on for about 3 days
And just put 91 in yesterday


I check everything hose etc maf and all looks well
The catch can hoses going into the factory hose looks kinda wack you think it might be leaking air?

Yes . I gave the part number for adapters from 1/2 inch to 3/8. Get those from ace hardware and install. I have had my catch can almost a week and no issues

Doesnt mean there is a connections. I took a cheap kit and made it nice. They just indtalled and cheap parts leaked. Difference.

I don't know why you're defending yourself. I didn't say you have a ****ty can, I just question the necessity of one. I don't think it's necessary. Frankly, I think it's a waste of money.

Ensure the system is sealed like i did and no issues. I only used three pieces from the original kit. I replaced everything else . Did leak seal tests on the old stuff and was not happy with it. My setup is fully sealed

Those kits are 20 dollar kits. Cant expect a cusco oil catch can for 20 dollars

Couldn't hurt isn't a valid enough reason for me to install one. I can spend my money on other things besides a catch can I don't need.
