Weather Tech mats

Bought them, hate them, they sit in my garage

Hi all,
The weather tech mats are not that great. I bought a set for the front. They go half way up the dead pedal carpet but they do cover everything else. I don't like them as they are thin, they slide when you get in the car as there is nothing holding them but the original carpet buttons. They need those little spike things in the bottom. I took them back out, tossed them aside and put in a set of real rubber mats that have followed me through five cars and still look new. And they don't slide. Anyone reading this in south florida, give me a ring, sell them to ya cheap!

The 2012 will fit the 2013 although they are not listed on site. I can't see where the 2013 RS would be any different from any other Sonic. I was concerned at first, any difference between the sedan & hatch. They are also identical.

FYI, I ordered the 2012 mats for the 2013 and they fit fine in front.

I have the 2013 LTZ hatch and my W-tech floor mats fit like a glove I went with the factory cargo mat though because w-tech does not have it yet.

^^^^^^ Key... on yours, do you have the "light titanium" interior (with gray carpet) or do you have the darker interior with dark charcoal (ebony-black carpet)? Hard to tell from your pics due to lighting. I take it you purchased the Black Weathertech liners? Thanks....

Jet black dark titanium is the interior color of my sonic.

I got the black weather tech and they are very nice.....they are a good investment....if you don't want them in for the summer swap them out with something summer worthy....lol

I should have a pair of ones for the front (dont really use the back seating for people much) by the end of the week. Ordered from a local place, it was about $90 for the front in black.
