2012 LTZ 1.4t 6AT
Bone Stock
For the first 1811 miles my combined average was 36.15 mpg. I have found the DIC to be pessimistic by 1-1.3 mpg. The build date of my car was June, 2012.
The majority of the driving has been a 98.4 mile round-trip commute.
The commute consists of approximately 80% non-stop highway with posted limits of 55 and 60 mph. The other 20% is town driving with predominant speeds being 25-35mph. Beginning elevation is 596 feet above sea level and destination is about 612.
The relative humidity of my commute is quite high with fog being prevalent on an extensive amount of the route for 5-10% of this snapshot time. Only 3 or so miles of this 1811 has been under rainy conditions.
Forgot to add: using 93 octane

^^ It needs to die; I hope that is understandable
At those speeds, after a few thousand more miles, you should easily be hitting 37+ MPG. I would guess around 40 MPG. Make sure the tires are over 35 psi. I have mine around 37 psi. At 38 or over the ride is stupid harsh.
A fuelly account is good too.
I haven't noticed a harsher ride and I'm at 44 psi.
Just calculated 28mpg yesterday on fillup. That is running 91 octane through my sonic hatchback w/1.4 turbo and 6 speed manual, with the eco Trifecta tune activated. It is predominately in city/heavy traffic with occasional highway stretches. The car has about 2300 miles on it.

that tire psi that u are running is that cold or hot? if cold?if hot?
The tires rolling off the lot were all between 30 and 31 psi. So, for that first 1811 miles I had assumed all was well. After checking at that point I had them topped up to 37 psi. The mpg has been getting better, but it's being countered because I've been driving a bit more spirited now to finish off the break in. I imagine post 5k miles with adding the belly pan I'm thinking 40mpg on that route while driving conservatively. My AC is always on also.
I set up a fully account. It didn't calculate for some reason. Once I get more receipts I'll mess with it more.
Do the newer ones have a belly pan ?
