Same benefit as the motor mount. Delivering the response load to the ground without being dampened by soft mounts.
It will increase the response further than just the solid motor mount alone.
I would guess that it won't be as dramatic as going from OEM to sold motor mount. So if you already have the solid motor mount installed and then add the trans mount it won't be night and day, but an improvement none the least.
The only reason the OEM mounts are so soft is that the average consumer wants a 'smooth' ride. Those of us that are upgrading our mounts are well past the average consumer with our intentions with our Sonics.

I was the first with the BNR/Forge BOV. I haven't had a mount in the car yet.
I'm interested in the trans mount, just curious on how difficult this one will be?
