With TTR stating that the best mount to add through there testing is the top mount they released I would say it would be a big difference but probably a noticeable. It will only help out the top mount I would think.

I would guess that it won't be as dramatic as going from OEM to sold motor mount. So if you already have the solid motor mount installed and then add the trans mount it won't be night and day, but an improvement none the least.

The only reason the OEM mounts are so soft is that the average consumer wants a 'smooth' ride. Those of us that are upgrading our mounts are well past the average consumer with our intentions with our Sonics.

Precisely why the mount(s) will be among the first upgrades I do.

Basically 2 bolts, it is actually simple IMO for the rear tranny mount.

1.8 and 1.4 turbo engines both use the same lower trans mounts which makes it nice.
