K so I (((MAY))) Have just stumbled onto something important.
What follows are photos of a NA Trax transfer case and an EU Vauxhall Mokka Manual Tcase. They look identical. Literally.

This is a mokka manual Tcase

This one is from an Auto trax

This is the swappable plate for AWD models

These are the part numbers etc. Everything is different except for the circled number.

Looking in the parts catalog the transfer case and mounting plate are the same number for
the encore and trax up to 2019 model year.

The numbers on the tags on the parts above are just production numbers that have changed over the years.

It's not between the trax and encore, its between the trax/encore and the Vauxhall (which is manual)

My big unknown is the gear ratios......how would you match all this up between the transmission, transfer case, and rear diff unless you stole it out of a single vehicle?
