More pictures from last night after I was finally able to wash it.
Tram lining is noticeable, but not bad. Cornering stability and grip are much better, traction is no issue now, and ride quality is better because of the increased track width and wheel offset. MPG has dropped 4-5 on the highway at 70-80MPH. Around town MPG is pretty much the same. The GTX250 is tuned fine now, I just need to stop long enough to get my valve springs installed.

I don't understand why people think they need to change the valve springs on these motors
If you use a stock frame turbo, the exhaust housing is too restrictive and causes valve float at about 20psi above 5500RPM. I have to shift at 5000ish to avoid the problem when running at 26psi. 19psi does ok to rev it out.

How do you know it's valve float?
Not saying you're wrong but I've seen valve float blamed a lot of times and it's never turned out to be that. They actually have a decent spring for the application.

The only reason Walker hasn't needed springs yet is because he is running a custom exhaust manifold which GREATLY increases exhaust flow, and equalized the in/out pressures enough to mitigate valve float.

I got a free manual boost controller that a friend had lying around just to try and see how I liked it, I ziptied it in place temporarily. It’s much better than it was without. Better response speed and I’m able to run way less WGA preload to hit 26psi. Since I think I’ll run one from now on, I’m going to get a Hallman Pro and run it inside the car.

No. There’s nothing else I really could do unless I was changing cams. Those aren’t available yet and also don’t seem to be helpful with the stock exhaust housing. I’m trying to figure out a solution for a better flowing direct replacement housing/mani.

Since the valve springs are installed and I can now hold boost, my new hurdle is that the MAF has pegged at 27.39lb/min. Considering that I didn’t even think this type of power was possible out of a stock frame turbo one year ago, this is kind of a bittersweet moment.

That's a sonic and LNF throttle body.
08-10 turbocharged Cobalt ss (LNF) and other GM vehicles come equipped with that throttle body.
