Soooooo i finally put on gloss on the wheels and man do they pop now :banana:
Also painted the chrome strips under the windows, man what a difference, tell me what you think

If you use the ones from autozone they come green obviously lol I like the car man black is sexy I was tempted to get it. I like what you did to the chrome under windows., come do mine lol

haha no problem, i know alot of people have been saying they wanted to switch theres for black one's some other company is selling for $100+ when this looks just as good and can be put back to stock with some paint thinner

But one thing the sedan looks bigger then the hatch why you don't go for the stock 17 inch??

now you have a big car but a little bit of small wheels i think when there are 17 inch onther i will be compleet!

thankyou everyone i got the desired look i want, and yes rims are definitely in the future, by that i mean after paying for fall semester classes. makes me sad lol but school comes first!

homeboy i figured out a simple way to fix the back speakers, it was a brilliant idea... i wired the front speakers to the back! lol with the sub it sounds bad ass

sorry for slow update guys, needed to crack down on school have 3 more weeks till i get high school diploma and AA degree, im excited! but in other news, my pops and I are going to pull off my hood and make a mold from it to build a fiberglass one that is lighter, plus if any one wants to order a hood from me when we build a mold, i will have a price up in about 4 weeks. I am going to try to put a see through plexi glass of some sort with the hood to see the engine bay, thats right a see through hood which means ill be cleaning it up some with some color tubing and hopefully an intake. By the way, if anyone wants an idea for a sonic hood, examples a hood scoop built into it, send me an idea and i will see if my dad could build a mold for it, if enough people will buy it. Im really looking forward too this summer, my sonic will be like no other!!!

Highly interested. Its either this or a carbon fiber hood.

I would like to see it, just to see how it comes out.

Please go forward, but please do not expect a great weight savings. I have used fiberglass hoods in the past, but not for weight saving. I have used them because of the effect, such as a Camaro SS styled ram air hood on a Chevy Cavalier. It was a dramatic aesthetic improvement just as I suspect a clear panel revealing the engine would be an aesthetic improvement. But, imo, not a functional improvement.

But definitely an idea worth considering.

My pops works in fiberglass parts and builds boats, so thats why im going with fiberglass because we have experiance in that field and i want it to come out right the first time he said we can diffenatly do it but he just has to wait a few weeks, but so do I, I have finals in two weeks, so after that ill be on his butt to make it happen. Im also glad to see everyone interested, this will diffenatly push things forward

As for the lights, already established that its going to happen with green lighting and im thinking chrome tubing, but thats still in the air, and i want to try and paint the top cover of the engine, might go all white but eh it will pop into my head last minute.
