I've considered it. But it's easy to cross the line of overboard.

I think white might be a lil more classy. Or white with two thin green stripes running across all the vent screens.

I cut it apart with a Dremel. I found a headlight on eBay for dirt cheap, because it had a broken tab and I bought it to experiment with.

It's a pain in the ass to get it open, but I just had to prove to myself that the amber reflector was removable. Completing this project will be way at the bottom of my priority list. But if you felt like tackling it, I would highly suggest trying it on an extra set of headlights, because there is a lot that could go wrong.

I'm the kind of person that has a lot to learn about thinking before I do things.
But for the most it works out for me... Except my tail light

What do u use to attach the lense back onto the assembaly with, silicone,urethane, grandma's glue gun lol?

Silicone. Although I haven't reassembled them yet. I'm taking my time as other performance related issues and a crazy work schedule have consumed all my time at the moment.

This is why I got a second set of tail lights. In fact I even have an extra left tail light that I found on eBay for $10.

I have one side ready to glue (silicone) back together, and the other one should go smooth once I find the time.

I haven't had a day off since the trans failure. 14 days now.

I'm gearing up to have Monday off. Unless I get found out for working more than 13 days. We're suppose to take the 14th day off for exhaustion safety, but that would have fallen on a weekend, which does me no good because the shop I use is closed weekends.:sadbanana:
