I put it on the dyno today! This is with trifecta full tune ported intake manifold Bpv trick intake silicone intercooler tubes intercooler moved forward and catless down pipe and second cat delete dumped after the delete.

Good numbers. GM rates the manual trans at 236TQ (per my memory) so you are knocking on the door even tho GM ratings are conservative so you still have some room to grow.

I guess it's my turn to be told it's impossible for the stock tune to produce these numbers. We had a dyno day with the guys from CobaltNation. We were kinda rushed with the number of people we ran through the dyno. Krakenredbeard, Dangerfield007, and myself were minutes apart if anyone would like to compare.
We'll have better images when I get the email from the shop.

Modified stock air box to allow more flow. (Baffles cut out of the box, charcoal pouch removed, snorkel removed, slits cut into the front of the box for airflow)
Stock exhaust and injectors
Dynoed at 1000 ft elevation w/ 90.57*f temp 1.06 STD correction.

Assuming 14% driveline loss, that means 164hp and 188tq.

Look at the numbers from krakenredbeard and dangerfield007. We dynoed MINUTES apart on the same dyno with the same conditions. NOTHING was changed between vehicles.

So when did this guy become a expert...... brass has bypassed the bypass valve for the recirc. Valve. This is what the vehicle uses to implement torque management....... so the numbers make sense. Also, it is not a fluke when multiple ppl. That dynoed in the same conditions said that there numbers were, on average, 10% lower on this dyno than others they have been too....

The bypass mod won't give 30hp over the 138 from test I've done and looking at other DYNO sheets. What is a fluke is his engine Its not the first engine GM has put out that made more then what's on avg a few 5th gens I've worked on put down 25hp more then the avg rating that's why I said use another dyno with and without the bypass that way you have a good idea of your engine. How the other two pulls? I'm asking due to the fact the last fluck 5th gen I worked on didnt respond well once it was tuned.
Also conditions never stay the same on the dyno look at all the sheets from that dyno/day and I'm 100% sure things won't match such as Hum and temp since it changes so fast.
Also was the 141whp pull corrected? Sae or std?

Hard to see, but 150.6 whp, 181 tq on crappy gas, stock with tune from the guys at Diablo sport.
Stock was 128/148.

First, the bypass is NOT the only thing done to my car. Second, there are several stock dynos showing hp numbers in the 130s. That is most certainly not a 30hp increase. Third, the numbers from the Trifecta Cruze were not corrected. It was also auto vs us with manual. These both contributed to the lower stock numbers as posted by Trifecta.
These are our dyno conditions.
90.89f 28.93in-hg 28%hum brasschucker
90.53f 28.93in-hg 29%hum kraken
90.57f 28.92in-hg 29%hum dangerfield
BIG changes
Everyone was STD corrected with 1.06 cf
The shop uses j607 which corrects to 60f 29.92in-hg 0%hum
Finally, I cannot afford to spend another $90 just to be told again that my numbers are too high. I will gladly accept donations if it means putting this issue to rest.

I was going off a baseline of an avg 1.4. STD results read 4%higher that's why the 141whp is high on your chart but now since I see its STD the numbers they are about avg. a lot of your power/TQ came from the fuel your using by looking at the chart not so much the mods.
90 bucks for 3pulls wow and that was at a DYNO day? Never seen it go that high usually around 50 bucks without boost and AFR inputs.

What plugs are you using and gap? Chart looks good where was boost? Is this where they are stopping at with the tuning on you're car?
