Quick update:
After 8000km I'm back home....haha
Got spacers and tint but wasn't able to get the eibachs while I was down unfortunately.
Happy with the Improvement in the corners but am noticing a slight random vibration/shimmy.
The weird thing is that it's not consistent in any way. It's totally random. Doesn't matter how fast you go, brake, turn, etc. It just comes and goes. I'm thinking potentially the spacers are highlighting play in my front end, because I've been reading about the spherical bushing upgrade in the front end, as well as the steel end links so I'm gonna probably look into that first.

Hub centric bolt on. (Really don't like the insert style....and they are 1 1/4" lol) picked em up straight from the factory in San Bernardino.

Did we clarify this? I'm a little confused if were talking about vacuum max or boost max. For comparison though, I average on both my mechanical and OBD calculated pressures about 10-11 inHG coasting or idling and 12-14 psi boost at WOT. I can repeatedly hit 15-16 psi in 4th gear when really getting it, but I can see the ECU actively pull it back too when it hits about 15.5. This is on stock tune with only Forge BPV and manifold check valve V2 mod.

That's pretty much what I'm getting as well.
I impulse bought Megan lowering springs last night while waiting foe buddy to show up....lol. probably won't have them in until closer to spring though. We're already getting snow up here....
Plan is to do the springs, endlinks, (so I don't have to do them twice with the different lengths recommended for lowered cars) and spherical bushing upgrade on the LCA all at once. That should solve my weird shimmy and pretty much complete my steering and suspension upgrades for now. I might also throw in some camaro brakes. I really really want the corvette calipers but they're sooooo expensive! Could to the camaros for 1/3rd the price.
Once I can go around corners really fast I can focus more on having the power to accelerate through them a little better [emoji16]

In regards to boost, it would appear that my current car is having some issue on the stock tune. 7-10psi max is all I see. I would try to diagnose it, but I’ll be trading it in for the new one any time now. Seems that most people on the stock tune see about 13-15psi max from what has been reported.

That's what I'm seeing. Although it depends on how you are driving too. In what gear, etc. Higher boost pressures seem to only be at higher rpms (I'm assuming to to keep up with the engines demands?)

I agree. Normal driving seems to average 8-12 psi but if I downshift to 4th or 5th from 6th at 50+ MPH I almost always hit 15 psi.

Well that didnt take long.....lol there is 0 chance this muffler is going to fit. Its 12 inches wide vs 8 inches on the stock one.....

So as stated the muffle is a no go....might put one on the truck, and sell the other one.
Found a borla muffler nearby that had never been mounted for a decent price. Picking it up on Friday.
Will likely sound similar to this guy, as it's the same Borla PRO XS muffler. (I recall someone saying borla made the GM performance exhaust?) Except I'm deleting the res AND the second cat. Also 2.5" vs 2.25

Anyhoo, didnt expect getting through a project like this without hickups so whatever. Had to pick up a pretty sizable amount of straight section, and 1 butt clamp for just before the axle. Getting as much done as I can before Friday, even though it isnt much.
As usual it takes me about half way through to get the hang of this little welder hahaha. No I wont show you the first weld [emoji23] but not bad for what it is! Perfect for little jobs like this.

All done! (Mostly)
Only 1 clamp just before the axle. Dont know how I managed to do it, but everything is tensioned and everything. No floppiness or rattling. Just need a tip of some sort. There isnt as much room in the back as I was hoping....
