1, I make perfect sense. Any other vehicle platform would have the torque mount available first. Others uppers following.
2, are you, as a turbo tech racing spokesperson, honestly stating that there is only ONE upper mount holding the Sonics power train in place? Please enlighten me as to how it is triangulated in place using only 1 upper mount and 1 torque mount.
3, without the mount being available for testing, you cannot actually state that.

I will not upgrade either upper mount. I would upgrade the torque mount.
The lower TORQUE mount, hence the name, controls the primary torque load of the engine. Example of torque mount swap;

After that, you would begin upgrading the upper mounts to quell the rest of the engine movement that would lead to correcting any still existing wheel hop.
I have no doubt your engine mount works, but stating it controls engine the primary engine movement is ludicrous.
