What part did you change? The purge solenoid under the hood. . passenger side near the fire wall. Or the canister valve on or near the fuel tank? Over filling or " topping off " when filling the gas tank can damage those components over a period of time.

If you search the forum here for "lifted" there was a thread or two regarding this. If I recall, at least one owner used parts from a Buick Encore or Chevy Trax which is really on the same platform as our Sonics. . . . just a bit taller and heavier. Try this thread. . there are more but...

The radiator fan motor bearings are probably starting to seize which puts a drag on the motor, draws more electrical current and will then blow the fuse. These fans have a fairly high fail rate after a number of years. Time to replace the fan.

Loud is relative to the listener. Download a few sound level aps and take some readings and list the musice that makes the doors rattle. Then we all have at least a reference to what is .. . "Loud".

You could get another actual laser cut key to keep in wallet, purse, or hidden magnetic key holder placed somewhere under the car. There is the removable key cover on the driver side door handle to use and actual laser cut key contained in every key fob. See picture below...

Yes. .. you can buy them on Ebay or Amazon. Just change transfer the circuit board into the new case .. . not just the "face".

Note that if you swap in a salvage or even anew replacement GM radio that it will need to be programmed to be accepted by your cars VIN embedded in the radio. So there is the cost of that also. There may be a way to do that yourself but requires buying some minor cost hardware and being savvy...
